Aline Kabanda
Aline currently serves as the Allan and Gill Gray Phlanthropy’s Rwanda Country Director. Prior to that, Aline worked at Davis College Rwanda, formerly know as Akilah Institute she she occupied various leadership roles in Human Resources, Administration & Operations as well as Partnerships & Careers until she was appointed to lead and spearhead the growth of the College for eight years. As an Executive and thought leader, Aline’s key skills and areas of expertise are in organizational strategic level oversight while building a positive, values-driven culture of performance and accountability.
Aline has been recognized as a subject matter expert in women and youth empowerment through education and career development. She holds a Masters in Business Administration with a focus on Leadership and Organizational Development from Oklahoma Christian University. It was there that Aline developed a passion for human capital development as a critical component for organizational development.
Aline sits on a number of boards including Ishyo Arts, Resonate, Rwanda Convention Bureau and serves as the Vice Chairperson of the Private Sector Federation’s Tourism Chamber.
Aline is a mentor to many young girls and is deeply committed to encouraging women’s ambition, empowering their confidence while helping them set life and professional goals and work toward achieving them.
