Tracy Sanders

Tracy Sanders is a dedicated and results-oriented transformational leader with Humana. She has extensive project/program management experience. She leverages people and process skills to optimize process efficiencies and outcomes. She is a strategic thinker who communicates effectively and reinforces how teams align to accomplish goals. Currently, she leads the Business Program Office (BPO) for the migration of a single-source legacy platform to a Software as a Solution (SaaS) ecosystem.

Prior to her role as Enterprise Transformation Leader with Humana, Tracy was the Senior Managing Consultant for her company, J.G. Blackstar, LLC. There she partnered with Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) to roll-out a new loan operating platform. She achieved the RBC Bank Gold Award for successfully implementing the platform for all loans originated in the United States (US). Prior to managing her consulting business, Tracy worked with Bank of America for over 15 years supporting two mergers (Countywide Financial and Merrill Lynch Wealth Management). Additionally, she held roles of Private Wealth Manager, Change Manager, Sales and Process Execution Lead and Corporate Communications Lead.

Tracy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNCC) and a Master of Economics degree from North Carolina State University (NCSU).
