Julia Moffett
Julia Moffett is the Founder and CEO of the Future of Learning Fund, an investment and advisory group focused on helping to accelerate the future of learning in Africa. The Fundsupports an exciting portfolio of new models of education that aim to improve access, affordability, quality and relevance. Julia brings over twenty years of strategy experience in helping public and private organizations in the US, UK and Africa achieve important growth, positioning and impact goals that include: Equity Bank (Nairobi), Burberry Foundation (London), BBC World Service Trust (London), Markle Foundation (New York), NBC News (New York) and The White House (Washington DC). She is on the Board of Akili Kids in Kenya, the Advisory Board of Roadtrip Nation (US) and an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at the Education Design Lab (US). Julia has served as a Jury Member of the World Innovation Summit on Education (WISE) Awards. She has been a Term Member of the US Council on Foreign Relations and a Member of the International Finance Committee for Obama for President in 2008 and 2012. She holds a B.A. with Highest Honors in History, Government, Philosophy and Economics from Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut.
